Dr William Shoard is the founder and Director of Engineering for Architectural Engineering Inspection Services (AEIS). He has 25 years experience in the HVAC industry with over 15 years in New York City. Will oversees the Special Inspections for AEIS.
Will is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York, a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a PhD in low energy buildings from the University of Manchester.
